Giving back has long been part of the way Majestic Domestics approaches home care. Since 2017, Majestic Domestics has partnered with Cleaning for a Reason to help provide complimentary home cleaning for people undergoing cancer treatment.
For founder Natalie Mikishko, the mission is personal. Her own experience with cancer reinforced how meaningful practical support can be when a family is already carrying the physical and emotional demands of treatment.
A partnership rooted in personal experience
Majestic Domestics was founded in 2011 around a simple belief: a well-cared-for home can give people back time, comfort, and breathing room. That belief takes on even greater meaning when someone is facing cancer.
Through Cleaning for a Reason, the Majestic Domestics team has been able to bring that support directly into local homes. The work is not about a promotional offer. It is about reducing one everyday burden so patients and families can focus their energy where it matters most.
A meaningful milestone
In 2023, after six years of partnership, Majestic Domestics reported that it had supported 19 local cancer patients and provided donated cleaning services valued at more than $6,300 through the program.
Those figures represent a historical milestone in a longer commitment. The value of the work is best measured in the relief it can provide to a household during an exceptionally demanding time.
Continuing the commitment
Majestic Domestics continues to support the mission of Cleaning for a Reason while serving homeowners in Boulder, Louisville, Superior, Lafayette, Erie, Broomfield, Longmont, and Westminster.
